We all face many challenges throughout our lives, but it's how we respond to these challenges that determine our success. When you have a solid foundation of positive habits and are prepared to meet these challenges, it will be much easier to build resilience and bounce back from any setbacks.
Participants of this workshop will learn to:
• Define resiliency and indicate how it can be used for success and satisfaction in life.
• Assess their personal resiliency level.
• Create action plans based on 10 methods for “bouncing back.”
