Managing Your Work Style to Reduce Stress

Did you know that how you work is correlated to the amount of stress you have to deal with on a day-to-day basis? How do you change your work style so that you can experience less stress?

Participants of this workshop will learn how to: 

• Identify the traits of a high-stress and a low-stress work style and indicate
which style reflects their own work behavior.

• Describe each style’s impact on themselves and their co-workers.

• Develop strategies for fine-tuning their perspective, tapping into their
wisdom, and applying humor to reduce stress at work.
